Heart Touching Story about the Sincerity and Loyalty of a Dog. A Dog named Capitán sleeps next to the grave of his owner every night at 6pm. His owner, Miguel Guzmán died in 2006.

Dogs have always been considered to be one of the most faithful and honest creatures.

The story of this dog, Capitan, started on March 24, 2006 when Miguel, the dog’s owner passed away. In next to no time, Capitan realized that Miguel was nowhere in the house, and he was missing. So he began searching for Miguel.

Astoundingly, Capitan somehow managed to find out Miguel’s grave in the nearby cemetery. Since then, Capitan never went back home and stayed by his owner’s graveside in Villa Carlos Paz Cordoba, Argentina. Miguel had bought Capitan, a German Shepherd mix for his son Damián as a gift. His wife Veronica says that when Miguel passed away, Capitan was not in the home. Soon she, along with her son began to search for Capitan but found him nowhere.

Surprisingly, when Damián visited Miguel’s grave, they saw Capitan sitting next to the grave! No one could explain how this was possible. They felt delighted to see Capitan, as now they can take him back home. But Capitan refused to go back, though he followed them sometimes for a short distance, but again returned back to the grave.

Counting days, 6 years have passed since Capitan has stayed by Miguel’s grave.

Now the cemetery is the home for Capitan and the workers there have developed affection for him. They take good care of Capitan and make sure that he is fed and immunized timely.

The director of the cemetery, Hector Baccega says that Capitan comes along with him for a walk in the cemetery; and everyday in the early evenings by 6 p.m., he goes to Miguel’s grave and lies down next to the headstone.

This story of Capitan apparently reveals that how beautiful some relationships can be if only they are watered with love. And some bonds are for life and beyond.
